today’s Painted Ladies. San Francisco Bay Area streets were always
host to homes garnished in gingerbread layering, steep gabled roofs,
lacework and turrets. This time around the white paint, stucco and
asbestos siding has been repainted, repaired and ripped out in order
to create a quintessential playground for nostalgic, past-glory design.
